Webinar Registration Policies

If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please contact us. Cancellations and transfers within 24 hours of the start of the event cannot be processed. If we don’t hear from you after 3 months your payment will be considered a donation.

In the unlikely event that TTI needs to cancel, postpone, or change the current training plan, we will reach out to you regarding your options moving forward.

At this time we are not in a place to share our recording of our trainings or presentation slides.

If you forgot to select, or would like to add Continuing Education (CEs) credit after you’ve already registered, please contact us. All requests must be received prior to the event, we will not be able to issue CE credits retroactively.

One-Day Course Registration Policies

If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please contact us. Cancellations and transfers within 48 hours of the start of the event cannot be processed. If we don’t hear from you after 3 months your payment will be considered a donation.

If you know you may need to miss more than an hour of the course, please reach out to us to transfer to a future course you will be able to attend in full.

We do not record our courses.

Multi-Day Course Registration Policies

If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please contact us. Cancellations and transfers within 1 week of the start of the event cannot be processed. If we don’t hear from you after 3 months your payment will be considered a donation.

If you know you may need to miss more than an hour of the course each day of the course, please reach out to us to transfer to a future course you will be able to attend in full.
